NEED FOR WOMEN.

Today we live in a world so highly male dominated that only about 25% of the women in the WORLD, occupy STEM Fields. Tech Over the World believes that women DESERVE the chance to know more about the STEM Field and all the opportunities it has to offer. We STRONGLY believe that women should know and understand all that they can bring to a table and all the careers they can excel in. Our goal is to encourage women to explore the STEM world and help them gain the confidence they need in their abilities.

OUR STORY

We are a group of women that were fortunate enough to be exposed to technology at a very young age. We want to help our experiences guide us through the path to empowering more women to be successful in the STEM Fields. We want to expose other women that may not have the same exposure as we did to what it is like to be in the STEM Field.

OUR VISION

We want to empower and encourage women to learn more about and consider STEM Fields as a potential career path.

OUR TECHNOLOGY

As of now, we have a website but we soon plan on expanding this unto an app. The app would not only be this website in a more mobile from but it will also feature inspiring stories of women who have overcome stereotypes and succeeded in a STEM Career. We would also have a chat box and a few voluntary mentors who we hope will be happy to answer more questions that others may have about the field as a whole. We hope that high school and middle school girl will open mini clubs inspired by "Tech over the World"
